Build the Future with Us

Build recurring revenue for Mindware India across three connected lines: annual maintenance contracts on barcode and label printers, the labels and ribbons those printers consume, and our barcode and RFID software.

This is not one-off box selling. A customer running fifty printers needs a maintenance contract, needs labels and ribbons every month, and usually needs software to tie the printers to their ERP. Your job is to find those companies and win all three.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate AMC business from companies running barcode and label printers - manufacturing plants, warehouses, 3PL, pharma, retail chains and hospitals
- Survey a customer printer fleet, scope the contract and quote it, whatever the brand - TSC, Zebra, TOSHIBA, Honeywell, SATO, Citizen, Argox, Godex, Printronix
- Convert AMC customers into regular labels and ribbon accounts, which is where the repeat revenue sits
- Sell barcode, RFID and label design software, and coordinate integration with the customer IT team
- Renew and grow existing contracts - retention is measured as closely as new business
- Work alongside our service engineers, who survey the machines and back you in front of the customer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 5 years in ANY ONE of: AMC or service contract sales, consumables or packaging sales, software or IT solution sales, or barcode and auto-ID hardware sales
- Comfortable dealing with purchase, maintenance and IT people in the same account
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR and to customer plants elsewhere in India
- Graduate; MBA an advantage but the track record matters more

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
We manufacture the labels and ribbons ourselves, we are a certified service centre for TSC and Printronix, and we hold print heads for every major brand in stock. You are selling something we can actually deliver on, to customers who stay for years. Read Less

Four internship positions for fresher MBA students and graduates who want to learn B2B business development properly - in a real market, with real targets, on a product you can see and touch.

You will work on the same three lines as our business development team: annual maintenance contracts for barcode and label printers, labels and ribbons, and barcode and RFID software.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and build a prospect list of companies running barcode and label printers
- First contact by phone, email and LinkedIn, and setting up meetings for the senior team
- Sitting in on customer visits and printer fleet surveys with our engineers
- Preparing quotations for AMC, consumables and software under supervision
- Competitor and pricing study across the barcode and labelling market
- Keeping the CRM honest, and reporting what actually converted

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- MBA fresher, or pursuing MBA in Marketing, Sales or Operations
- Clear spoken Hindi and English, and comfortable picking up the phone to a stranger
- Curious enough to learn a technical product - we will teach you the hardware
- No prior sales experience required

WHAT WE OFFER
- Stipend, plus incentives on business you help close
- Training on barcode printing, labels, ribbons and software from the people who service the machines
- A written internship certificate and letter of recommendation
- A permanent offer for interns who perform - several of our current team joined exactly this way

Four positions are open. Applications are welcome from all candidates. Read Less

- A young team and a genuinely different product to sell

Attend customer sites across Delhi NCR and get a stopped printer back into production. When a thermal printer fails on a despatch line, the whole line waits - this is the post where you learn the trade fastest, because every call is a different machine in a different room.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- On-site diagnosis, repair and installation at customer premises
- Carrying and accounting for spares, and knowing which one to take before you leave
- Preventive maintenance visits under annual maintenance contracts
- Print head replacement, platen and sensor work, darkness and pressure calibration
- Explaining the fault and the fix to the customer in plain language

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related subject
- A two-wheeler licence, and the confidence to find an industrial address in NCR unaided
- Freshers welcome through the internship route; field service experience on any equipment transfers well

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
We are a certified service centre for TSC and Printronix, so your training comes from the manufacturer rather than from a manual. Candidates living in west Delhi or Dwarka have the shortest run to most calls. Read Less

Be the first voice a customer hears. You will handle incoming enquiries, follow up quotations and book service calls for a technical catalogue - which means learning enough about the products to be useful, not just polite.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handling inbound enquiries on phone, WhatsApp and email
- Following up quotations and reorders for labels, ribbons and spares
- Booking service calls and keeping the customer told what is happening to their machine
- Keeping the customer record honest - the notes are what the next person works from

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Clear spoken Hindi and English, and the patience to work through a technical question
- Comfortable with a computer, a CRM and a keyboard
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or customer care experience is an advantage

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
You will learn a genuinely technical field from the people who service the machines, and inside sales here leads into field sales or product specialisation for those who want it. Read Less

Market a catalogue of several thousand technical products where the buyer searches by part number, not by adjective. This is SEO and paid search against a real cost per enquiry, not vanity metrics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Search visibility for a technical catalogue - product content, category pages, structured data
- Google Ads and paid campaigns measured against cost per enquiry, not clicks
- Product photography, video and how-to content produced with the engineers who do the work
- Marketplace and social listings kept accurate against the live catalogue
- Analytics that answer one question: which enquiries turned into orders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on SEO, Google Ads and analytics experience
- Ability to write about a technical product accurately
- Bonus: experience with eCommerce catalogues, schema markup or marketplace listings

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
A catalogue this size and this technical is a rare thing to work on - the wins are measurable and they compound. Read Less

Run the slitting, die-cutting and rewinding lines on our own label converting floor. Precision work - the width tolerance and the registration are the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Running the slitting, die-cutting and rewinding lines to the job card
- Setting tooling, web tension and registration, and holding the width tolerance
- First-off checks - adhesion, liner release, core size, roll direction, count
- Keeping waste and downtime recorded honestly, because that is what the next quotation is built on
- Daily cleaning and preventive maintenance of the machine

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- ITI or equivalent, or proven experience on converting, slitting or printing machinery
- An eye for registration and a habit of checking rather than assuming

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
We manufacture our own labels rather than buying them in, so an operator here sees the whole process from reel to finished roll. Read Less

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Setting and running the RK flatbed at rated speed without losing register
- Die changes, packing and stripping set up for the job in hand
- Quality checks through the run, not only at the start of it

- Hands-on experience on a flatbed or rotary label press
- Confidence with die changes, packing and registration

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
This is skilled machine work with real responsibility for output quality, on a press most operators never get near. Read Less

An entry-level post on the converting floor for someone who wants to learn a machine trade properly. Learning the machine is the whole point of this job, not a side effect of it.

- Counting, labelling and packing finished goods for despatch
- Keeping the machine, the tools and the floor clean and safe

- No prior experience required - we will train you on the floor

WHY IT IS WORTH IT

Consumables sales, where the technical detail decides the order. Match the ribbon grade to the facestock, size the roll to the customer's printer, and know when they are due to reorder before they run out.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Matching ribbon grade to facestock and application - wax, wax-resin, resin, and why the wrong one smudges
- Taffeta and satin for garment care labels, including wash and colour-fastness questions
- Sizing and quoting label rolls to the customer's printer, core and gap
- Sampling and trials on the customer's own machine before a bulk order
- Reorder cycles - knowing when a customer is due before they run out

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Sales experience, ideally in packaging, printing, labels or a technical consumable
- Willingness to learn the material science well enough to advise, not just quote

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
Consumables is repeat business. Get it right once and the customer stays for years - and we manufacture what you sell, so you can promise what we can actually deliver. Read Less

Keep the site, the apps and the internal tools running - and be the person who finds out why something broke rather than guessing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deploying and maintaining the site, the apps and internal tools on AWS or our own VPS
- Build pipelines, backups that are actually tested, and SSL and DNS that do not expire quietly
- Monitoring, log hunting and root-cause work
- Working alongside the developers on React and Node projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Familiarity with Linux, Git and at least one of AWS, Node.js or React
- Curiosity about how things fail, which matters more here than a certificate

WHY IT IS WORTH IT
Our internships lead to permanent posts - several engineers running our counter today joined as interns. You will own real infrastructure, not a sandbox. Read Less
