SurePress L 4533A Digital Label Press in Sofala

Exceptional quality with Epson’s Micro Piezo® inkjet technology
Leveraging on Epson's advanced Micro Piezo inkjet technology, the SurePress accurately controls the dispensing of ink droplets by delivering accurate dot shapes for each colour through a varied electrical charge to produce high quality and sharp prints.

Precise ink droplets with Epson’s Variable-Sized Droplet Technology
Producing precisely-sized ink droplets as small as 3.0 picolitres, the uniformly applied droplets creates smooth gradations and accurate colours that are vivid and of optimum image quality.

Unique Dual Drying System
A two-step drying process ensures optimum ink adhesion to label substrates for a highly accurate print. The initial drying stage utilises the platen heater to fix the image onto the substrate. During the second stage, the substrate moves through the Air Drying System where hot air blown from a fan evaporates the remaining moisture.

Wide colour gamut with Epson SurePress AQ Ink
The water-based pigment developed specifically for the SurePress L-4533 comes with six colours including green and orange for an extra-wide colour gamut. This allows for a higher print accuracy and colour saturation to make your labels look even more vibrant on a wide variety of label stock substrates.

Superior resistance to water and light
The SurePress AQ ink contains a special resin to create a coating on prints for a glossy surface that increases the water and light resistance of the prints. This makes SurePress Printers the ideal choice to print labels on beverage bottles or cans, dishwashing detergent, and a host of other products that may be exposed to moisture.

Fast and efficient digital workflow
The press allows for a single operator to run multiple presses safely and easily, enabling an increase in the efficiency of the workflow. The SurePress digital label printing eliminates the need for plate preparation and make-ready, improving the turnaround time for printing jobs.

Ease of use and minimal maintenance
Save time and money with minimal maintenance requirements. The printing mechanism is easy to access and maintain. Additionally, with the fuss-free ink cartridge replacement feature, there is no need for time-consuming maintenance task such as cleaning and blending so you can easily replace the ink cartridge without a need to stop the press.

Quick spot colour matching and colour proofing
Obtain the desired spot colour quickly and effortlessly. The SurePress allows you to create different variations of colour proofs without using films and plates. Your clients can choose their preferred colour from these variations, without the need to send colour proofs over and over again.

Drastically reduced waste substrates
